Admission to U.G. and P.G. programmes

  1. Admission to U.G. and P.G. programmes can be obtained by online submission of the application provided through University Student Admission Portal for UG/PG Centralized Allotment Process.
  2. The allotment is given on the basis of details furnished by the candidates online viz. marks secured for the qualifying examination, reservation category, bonus marks /handicap marks etc.
  3. Candidates must produce the following documents at the time of admission
    1. The originals of the marklist(s) of the qualifying examination.
    2. TC and Conduct Certificate in original from the institution last studied.
    3. Certificate in Original in support of caste/communal reservation.
    4. Eligibility/Equivalency Certificate from MG University for those who have qualified from Boards outside Kerala State except CBSE/ICSE.
    5. NCC/NSS Certificates at Plus Two level in original, if applicable.
    6. Certificate in original in proof of Ex-Servicemen/Dependent from Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer, if applicable.
    7. Allotment slip and receipt in proof of remittance of fee due to the University paid through designated branches of SBT.
    8. Non-creamy layer Certificate/BPL Certificate in original issued by the competent authority in the case of candidates who claimed reservation under SEBC category and Economically Backward Among Forward Communities.
  4. Tuition fee and other fees etc shall be collected at the time of admission from the students who get admission in their first option. Fee shall also be collected from those students who decide to seek permanent admission by cancelling the higher options. Fee should not be collected from students who retain higher options.
  5. SC/ST candidates who secure allotment through CAP and wish to retain their higher options shall be permitted to take provisional admission in all allotments upto the special allotment.
  6. The original certificates of all the admitted students shall be kept in the college. On getting allotment in a higher option, the certificates shall be returned to the student from the institution without levying any fee.
  7. 20% of the total seats are reserved for management quota. Candidates who seek admission in the management quota shall have to submit application in prescribed form 10% of the total seats reserved for community quota shall be filled by the Principal on the basis of the merit list prepared in the college.
  8. No candidates for admission will be enrolled or allowed to attend any class unless fees is paid. Fees once collected will not be refunded.
  9. The Principal reserves the right to refuse admission to any applicant without assigning reasons.
  10. Any student who is found to have obtained admission by false representation will be dismissed and will forfeit whatever fee he/ she may have paid .
  11. A student who after being admitted applies for transfer certificate even without attending the class for a day will have to pay the first installment of fees.
  12. A student applying for TC must have cleared all the dues to the college. Application for TC shall ordinarily be counter signed by parent or guardian of the student.
