Skill Training and Empowerment Programme (STEP)
In the present world there is much scope for people to grow on their own provided they get a chance to identify and nourish their true talents and enter the world of opportunities with self-confidence and determination. The college provides ample opportunities to the students, which are otherwise inaccessible to the majority of the students in the college who are hailing from rural and poor backgrounds, to chisel their capabilities, and test and prove their mettle in various national, state, local and regional levels of platforms. Skill Training and Empowerment Programme (STEP) aims to foster the varied talents of the students and equip them to meet the challenges of the modern world with a positive self-image and self-assurance. It also aims to nurture and enhance the communication skills of the students.

Community Assistance and Responsible Education (CARE)
In the contemporary globalised world, where human values and the environment we are surrounded by are on the verge of a collapse, young men and women have a great role to play not to let this world fall apart, by holding the human community and the ecosystem together by being sensitive to its respective needs for survival and existence. The college, through its varied projects, makes the students engage in activities catering to the needs of the society and the nature we are part of, thus spreading the message that education is incomplete without a sense of responsibility for the fellow-beings and the biota. Community Assistance and Responsible Education (CARE) aims to inculcate social values in the students in concurrence with the vision of the college to create socially committed young men and women who in turn become responsible citizens of the nation in particular and the world in general.
