Film Club of St. Thomas College, Ranni was formed on 2005. The motto of this club is 'visual media is a media for social change '. Every year the club members conducts various programs including short film production, album making, short film making competition, seminars, film shows, workshops, film review, debate, documentary film production etc.
Film club provides opportunities for students to watch and appreciate film from diverse cultures thus it aims to enhance the cinematic sensibility of youngsters. Film club has created over 15 short films.
