Post Graduate Department of Commerce organized Stress and Coping Workshop. Sindhu Krishnan, Government Counselor led the session.The workshop took place on November 16, 2023,at 11 AM.The workshop commenced with an introduction by Dr Roni Jain Raju about the the need of workshop. Following the introductory remarks Sindhu Krishnan, provides an overview of the importance of stress management in today's fast-paced world. She highlighted the impact of stress on mental health and emphasized the need for proactive coping mechanisms.
